The role of the coach is to identify your strengths and make them stronger. Your strengths are what make you a unique and creative human being. They provide the momentum necessary to catalyze you towards immediate success and progress.
As coaches, we will spend very little time on your weaknesses, which we refer to as challenges. We don't let what you can't do get in the way of what you can.
Your partnership with a coach begins with intention. You must be committed to making a change in your life for a coaching relationship to be successful. Coaching will challenge your beliefs.
Because it's about you, the agenda in coaching is yours. You are accountable to yourself. It's a responsibility you make to yourself to move forward in your life and to help you reach your potential.
